We’ve got ourselves a blog! Now all need is a guestbook…

While we love beer and sharing it with our friends, we are also hell-bent on creating the best beer we can through, primarily, the good old timeless fashion of trial-and-error. So we present to you, the Paradise Creek Brewer’s Blog for your amusement and betterment; referred to as PCBB from herein. Throwing caution into the wind, I’m opening this up for Tom to spread along his insights and rationalizations stemming from brewing vast amounts of beer. It’s a very Zen process, indeed, allowing plenty of time to ruminate on life.

Then again, maybe he’ll just use this as a forum to tell dirty jokes and talk about The Eagles reunion concert he went to.
