We’re super proud of our beers. Unfortunately, we haven’t had a whole lot of time to work on this page. Don’t worry, someone was fired because of it. Soon enough there will be pictures, descriptions, haikus and smell-o-vision here for your complete webernet experience.
THE DIRTY BLONDE
6.4% ABV ~ 22 IBU
An opaque blonde ale with a malty body, a nice caramel tone with an initial taste of hops that quickly fades into a sweet, floral finish.
J-DUB’S PALE ALE
5.9% ABV ~ 43 IBU
A balanced, English-style ale with a malty, nutty middle and worthy amount of aromatic hops. It’s the dog’s bollocks.
PULLMAN WATER
4.3% ABV ~ 12 IBU
Pullman is city known for it’s beer consumption, particularly that of the lighter variety. We created Pullman Water, an American Lager session beer to satisfy the masses that just want to enjoy a cold one without having to think too much about it.
HOP HAMMER IPA
6.2% ABV ~ 66 IBU
Not your typical Northwestern hop-bomb. Rosie’s has sweet, floral flavors of fresh Yakima hops complimented by a caramel-malty body.
OVER THE HOP IPA
7.7% ABV ~ 83 IBU
More of a Cascadian traditional “jaw-locking” IPA, paired with a dark body and some great flavor from a serious dry hopping treatment.
THE PARADISE HOE
5.3% ABV ~ 16 IBU
Our take on the traditional “Hoegaarden” Belgian-style Witbier. The Paradise Hoe is a light wheat beer with tasty spices including clove, cinnamon and coriander. Perfect with a wedge of orange.
HOE’S DADDY DUNKEL
5.6% ABV ~ 16 IBU
A German Dunkelweizen with a dark brown body, thick head of foam, brown sugar and a hint of banana.
POSTAL PORTER
6.3% ABV ~ 50 IBU
This smooth, creamy porter has some subtle roastiness, a little coffee and subdued dryness.
THE HOPOCALYPSE
8.2% ABV ~ 110 IBU
AS BLACK AS DARK MATTER AND HOPPED TO A VOLATILE LEVEL WITH A BACKING OF SCORCHED-EARTH ROASTINESS, THE HOPOCALYPSE WILL INTESNIFY YOUR APPRECIATION FOR THE CASCADIAN BLACK INDIA PALE ALE. WE DIDN’T JUST JUMP ON THE BLACK IPA BANDWAGON, WE CREATED A SPECIAL BREW SO INTENSE
IT TEARS AT THE FABRIC OF THE UNIVERSE .
WHILE THE FALLOUT IS UNAVOIDABLE, THE EPICENTER IS AT PARADISE CREEK BREWERY.
