Description

A very drinkable ale with a soft, dry finish and crisp carbonation. It’s reminiscent of a Northern German Pilsner with a light grainy malt character but with less hop bitterness. Made with Barley grown in Colfax, malted in Spokane, and with hops grown in Yakima. It doesn’t get more local than this.
